After many years of hard work and faithfulness, Joseph and Zipporah Grosz now have many different kinds of herbs on more than 40 acres! They still abide by the same principles they began with, keeping everything completely organic from start to finish.

After moving to Israel, David started his own tea company, with no prior experience in business, and began fulfilling his passion for creating amazing herbal teas. David's vision for the future is to make Shalva Tea a household item throughout Israel and to continue building and taking part in the work of restoration going on in the land of Israel. 

“These are the best quality organic herbs in the entire Middle East” was his refrain. To be honest, by the end of the tour of the farm, I was beginning to believe him. It wasn’t just his likable and persuasive nature, or the fact that he had a beautiful organic farm of delicious smelling, and tasting, herbs. It was seeing the passion for his product and his passion for the land of Israel that drove it home for me.
