Pure Tahini

Delicious smooth texture and taste is heavenly🙏

The taste of this tahini is five-star-wonderful. They hit the sweet spot of toasting -- enough to get rid of the raw sesame taste without going too far and making it bitter. But the packaging is problematic, which is why I marked it down to four stars. Tahini always separates into oil on top and thick clay on the bottom and needs a LOT of hard stirring. A straight sided jar would make this much easier. Getting to the bottom efficiently with the narrow opening and the curves is a pain. I would still buy it again, but I will still grumble when I have to stir it!

I was able to serve at Hayovel in 2023 and excited to receive the Tahini! Items are Always packaged with obvious great care. I plan to make Halva with it and the Israeli Honey that I have ordered from BBI😃

First time using it and liked it. Made the Tahini dip that we had at every Shabbat meal while in Israel,, so good, also shipping was very prompt!!!
