Organic White Savory

The Grosz Farm, located in Hamra, Israel, has set the standard for the spice industry by using pure organic methods to grow their crops. They bring out the best in flavor, aroma, and oil content by working the land and nurturing the soil. Their herbs and spices are grown on the eastern slopes of the Mountains of Samaria and are watered with fresh, well water, using 100% sustainable organic agricultural methods.

The White Savory Leaf has a unique and invigorating lemony mint taste and smell. It's a delightful spice native to the Middle East.

In Israel, it's used for seasoning meats and vegetables and makes a great addition to teas! It is also used in infusions, poultices, and for treating inflammation.

I have yet to use it. When I do I'll tell you.
I love the honey and the coffee, haven't tried the tea yet but I will, have tried the Za'atar yet either, but I will. And the soaps are amazing. Here in the States the soaps don't suds up like your soaps. Just love the Pomagranate and the Cinnamon soap. They suds up and leave great after smells. Because you use a lot of oils in the soap I think that's what makes my hands feel soft after using them. I have the Pomagranate soap bar in the kitchen and every time I walk in the kitchen I get this wonderful smell.
