Who is actually stealing land in Judea and Samaria?

“The Palestinians are at every entrance to the city. Efrat will be surrounded—and not just Efrat. All over Judea and Samaria, we’re being encircled, closed in." Michael Sperber to the Jewish Press

The international community routinely condemns Israel for "stealing" land and building "illegally" in the Biblical heartland, Judea and Samaria (the West Bank). At the same time Israel is reprimanded, however, the European Union (EU) is pouring billions of dollars into illegal building on land prescribed for full Israeli control under the Oslo Accords. Their aim is to subvert Israel and create a Palestinian state by way of massive building projects.

Details of a huge land-theft operation emerge

While it’s been a well known fact for years that the EU sponsors illegal building in Judea and Samaria, the scope and detail of their planning were revealed last year in a special investigative report by the organization Ad Kan. Israeli blogger Abu Yehudah writes about the report: “These plans are extremely detailed and represent a blueprint for an Arab takeover of all of Judea, Samaria, and the Jordan Valley. If this plan succeeds, it will return Israel to a state with what Abba Eban called “Auschwitz borders,” an indefensible enclave surrounded by hostile enemies… without strategic depth in her most populated region.”

The organization Regavim estimates there are some 80,000 illegal Palestinian buildings in Area C of Judea and Samaria

The report by Ad Kan goes on to say that in 2013, the EU and Palestinian Authority (PA) began a secret joint effort to establish a Palestinian state in Judea and Samaria. Members of the Ad Kan organization deployed operatives, undercover as Arabs, and after several months they successfully infiltrated meetings with the planners of the effort inside the PA, according to the Sovereignty Campaign.

A four-stage plan to establish a Palestinian State in Israel

What they discovered, was a shocking four-stage plan to create a defacto Palestinian State in the Biblical Heartland.

The first stage was for the European Union to pour millions of euros, about seventy percent of the cost of the effort, with the rest coming from Arab foundations and the Palestinian Finance Ministry, into the project, particularly in developing Palestinian villages without authorized plans to expand them and slowly take Israeli land.

EU funded Palestinian buildings are often vacant, lacking windows. The goal is not to build houses for people to live in, it's to strategically steal Jewish land.

Stage two was to prepare plans to seize control of strategic areas in Judea and Samaria. The EU backed extensive planning in the political field. It turns out that the United Nations was also involved, with one PA official saying, "The United Nations plays a significant role – the ability to enable the Palestinian planners to enter into areas that are military zones."

The third stage begins the process of implementing the plans on the ground with funding from the EU. "Thanks to the European Union we are building. The occupation destroys, but we are not coordinating with the other side and are not awaiting its authorization for anything" the report quotes one member of the PA as saying.

And finally, the fourth stage seeks to separate and isolate the Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria from the rest of Israel, all with the final goal of a Palestinian state in the heartland, with Israel knowing next to nothing about it. “We have uncovered a well-oiled mechanism in which the European Union secretly provides money, people and planning and legal knowledge to prepare a plan that will isolate Israeli communities in Area C in Judea and Samaria and in Jerusalem, and interrupt a settlement sequence to impose a de facto terrorist state in the heart of Israel,” a representative from Ad Kan warned, according to the Jewish Press.

What can be done?

It’s critical that Israel takes immediate action to stop the flow of outside money financing this illegal construction. Israel then needs to take the next step of applying sovereignty—Israeli law—to these crucial areas and crackdown on illegal building. If it does not, it’s only a matter of time before we witness the rise of a defacto Palestinian State.

This report made it even more clear to us how important it is that lovers of Israel around the world invest their resources into strengthening the Jewish presence in Judea and Samaria. When you purchase products from the families of the heartland, you are building the economy and helping ensure that the Land of Israel remains undivided. The Jewish people are doing incredible work restoring their homeland; find ways to get involved!

I can see what you are saying about the vitality of sovereign Israel. Being an American I am wondering what is the status of the West Bank now?

The Palistinians or Arabs who live in Israel should have their citizenships revoked so that there are no more of them allowed to live in Israel. As long as they do nothing will change.

Deut 6:10-11: “And when the LORD your God brings you into the land He swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, that He would give you—a land with great and splendid cities that you did not build, with houses full of every good thing with which you did not fill them, with wells that you did not dig, and with vineyards and olive groves that you did not plant—and when you eat and are satisfied.”

Great article!
Unfortunately, we can see this exact plan being carried out in action all over Judea & Samaria. The world needs to know about this!
