Jerusalem Day 2018

On May 13 is Jerusalem Day! 51 years have passed since Israel liberated the Old City of Jerusalem. Along with the Temple Mount and Western Wall, Judea and Samaria and the Golan Heights also came under Israeli control. It's a day of celebration as we remember the miracles that God performed in giving His people victory. Also at this time, the nations are beginning to renew their focus on Jerusalem, as prophesied. Jerusalem is being recognized by more and more as the eternal capital of Israel that it is. It is also important to remember that it is the undivided capital of Israel - the place where God chose to put His name, forever. And we know that greater things are yet in store for Jerusalem; that it will one day be restored to the "perfection of beauty" and "a praise in all the earth."
