Had to de-crystallized it in some warm water; but then, it is unlike any raw honey I have ever purchased here in America. I have had raw from Texas, Missouri, Minnesota and Wisc. ~ I wanted to add that after my 2nd cup of [herbal] tea, I did a "taste test;" the Wildflower Honey from BBI vs. store bought honey. I uploaded 4 photos from my iPad showing the differences in American-made honey vs. what Isra'el produces. The clear winner is BBI hands down. Taste-wise, the Great Value brand doesn't even compare. There is a sediment-like build-up inside the GV bottle. From now on, BBI's honeys will be my choice even if it means buying 2-3 jars at a time. Thanks again for producing such great products.
