Our old house blend, whose flavors are precisely balanced. The composition of the beans is 90% Arabica (Colombia, Brazil and Honduras) and 10% Robusta from Uganda. The expected flavor complex is green apple, brown sugar and roasted almonds.

The RED I found to be both weak and having a bitter sort of aftertaste, though may not be accurate. It was not a pleasant taste. The Brown coffee has been the most pleasant coffee so far. Light and mellow. I usually enjoy a stronger, robust flavor and did not expect to enjoy an exact opposite configuration. I have no plans to purchase RED again.

Favorite Coffee!

This is my favorite coffee so far. I like how it is a medium- dark coffee and I can taste the chocolaty, fruity, earthy notes. Highly recommend!
