Each Gift Box contains five 110g bags of freshly roasted coffee and a special taster cup for your enjoyment.

  • Sidamo is grown on several family farms in Ethiopia located in the Sidama area, south of Yirgachefe, in "garden agriculture" and their annual coffee yield does not exceed five sacks. The expected flavor profile is cinnamon, blueberries and dark chocolate.
  • Santos Bourbon from Brazil is a single-variety Arabica grown on a number of 40-hectare family farms located around Minas Gerais. This area is known for its homogeneity in terms of climate, altitude and precipitation and allows full quality control. The expected flavor profile is chocolate, nuts and caramel.
  • In the middle of the road we meet the "Red", our old house blend, whose flavors are precisely balanced. The composition of the beans is 90% Arabica (Colombia, Brazil and Honduras) and 10% Robusta from Uganda. The expected flavor profile is green apple, brown sugar and roasted almonds.
  • Before finishing, we will get to taste the Caturra variety, which we grow in Colombia on the family farm of Avelino Rodriguez and is located in the Sierra Nevada at an altitude of 1400 m. The roasting chosen for this variety is in a long development and the expected flavor profile is hazelnut, dark chocolate and baked pear.
  • Our journey will come to an end with the popular "Brown" blend, which has a balance that gives the coffee a strong and stimulating presence. Consists of 70% Arabica (Colombia, Brazil and Honduras) and 30% Robusta from Uganda. The expected flavor profile is spicy and combines dark chocolate and brown butter.

To be honest I purchased this to support Israel in their time of trouble... I am a tea drinker and I rarely drink coffee.
I will need to purchase an espresso maker in order to give a more experience driven assessment.
I am planning on enjoying each blend.
