I am an organic vegan and I have made my own bread for over 20 years. I have tried several ways to make it and various flours, yet this is my favorite. I wash Buckwheat groats from the USA and from South American Andes I import red Quinoa. I wash, blend & mix together with 2 handfuls of organic mixed greens from Florida. I mix in about 3 cups of your organic Wheat flour from Israel, then when the batter is firm, I pour it (no leaven or oil) into a natural parchment-lined porcelain cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. It yields about 24 pieces, pancakes or buns for my toaster. It usually gets eaten in 2 days! So good! Love you all!
