The honey I have tried from this company are all excellent and the White honey is remarkable among them. The color is a pale ivory with a naturally whipped, velvety consistency. The flavor is sweet but gentle and seems to unfold in your mouth. I feel fortunate to experience this treasure. Difficult to access as the harvest is small. Nearly impossible to find in Israel. I am hard pressed to even write this review as I want all of it! ;)
