Ethiopia - Sidamo Coffee Beans

I thought I knew what good coffee tasted like.....but boy was I wrong. This coffee has made all the others I have had taste "meh" in comparison. It is rich in taste, but mild, almost negating the "need" to add sweetener and cream ( and I take my coffee light and sweet). I am looking forward to trying other coffees from this company and hope to make this company THE place where I purchase my coffee from now on.

Its been 10 days and no sign of my order

What an interesting flavor! The chocolate notes are easy to taste, with a fruity background. All without added flavorings! I never knew coffee could be like an expensive wine, full of different flavors.
Also noteworthy was the gentleness on the stomach, no bitterness or acidity.

Best coffee I’ve ever tasted!

This tastes like a medium, light roast; it has a slight bitterness and good floral taste. It would make a great white chocolate latte or a lavender latte.
