Good Honey. I use is instead of sugar in my coffee. Good taste. Easily dissolves in my hot coffee. I also like it because it is made from the Thistel flower. Thistel root is used in the natural health industry as an aid to support Liver Health. So, I get three uses out of this Thistle Honey. It helps me get off sugar. And helps my Liver health. And a good tasting in my coffee.

This honey has a rich consistency and sweet, delicate flavor. I eat a little each day and will most certainly be ordering again.

I have tried several of these honeys and I love every one of them. I still have a jar left and I’m ordering another so that I never run out .

The honey tastes great, I lived in Israel for 12 years and remember the taste of the honey from 20 years ago.

Yum. I thought it would have more base mineral taste due to the deep color, but it has virtually none. It's so flavorful that I sometimes eat it with a spoon.

I'm a honey connoisseur. I live in western Nevada and have my local favorites, but most enjoy Turkish and Mediteranean honeys. Isreali thistle and avocado honeys are right up there in my top favorite varieties.
