Our Signature Negev Extra Virgin Olive Oil Blend is a carefully balanced blend of Koroneiki, Barnea, and Picholine olives, with exceptional flavor and versatility, making it perfect for everyday use.

This high-quality, cold-pressed oil has a maximum acidity of 0.4% and a profile of green fruitiness, medium pungency, with a gentle, spicy finish.

The combined intensity of the Koroneiki olive, the reliable structure of the Barnea, and the refined, fruity notes of the Picholine, make this blend the perfect all-purpose companion for everything from high-heat frying to the most refined gourmet seasoning.
