Have you read Dr. Steven Gundry's article on olives grown in the drier harsher regions? Very Good and is
definitely a plus for Israeli olives though I don't know that he mentions Israel specifically. He's more concerned with his production in Morocco. Regardless, it encourages me to buy Israeli EVOO. Blessings, pam

I bought and sent this to a childhood friend of mine, we are both in our 70's, she is the friend I have had the longest in my life, since we were 3 years old... and I wanted to please her!
