The Alvacado honey is richer and a little difficult to add to hot drinks. It is great for cooking flavor in baking goods.

This honey has a deep rich flavor that adds it's" scents" to my baking. I love using it in my challah. I definitely would recommend this.
We gave samples to friends everyone seemed to enjoy the thick smooth honey with a slight avocado taste.

I'm a bit of a honey flavor "snob". I don't like just any flavor of honey. All that to say, this Avocado Honey is a wonderful, great tasting honey. So good!
It is not smooth as it would be with regular honey. It is highly granulated as if sugar was added. It does not taste like honey or avocado. I am sorry, I wish I could give you a better review, however, the product and it quality does not warrant it.

This is my new favorite of your honeys! It is wonderful on toast with a sprinkle of cinnamon. No butter required!
I also use it my homemade whole wheat bread dough. Feeds the yeast beautifully.

My disappointment was the condition of the box I received it in It was partially crushed but the jars of honey were safe
