This extra virgin olive oil is a choice blend of four types of olives - Barnea, Picholine, Coratina and Souri. The four oils are blended together to highlight and bring out the delicious notes from each type creating a smooth oil with a lingering peppery finish and infused with fragrant and fruity aromas.
It's also unfiltered, which means it underwent minimal processing, to preserve the full taste and quality. It's a bit cloudy because of this, and also has a stronger taste due to more of the olive remaining in the oil.
